The price seemed reasonable for the items I wanted to cover. The communications were timely and understandable. Since I did not have any occasion to submit a claim, I can't really say any more than that about how the policy performed for me.

Good communication from insuremytrip prior to travel. I felt the company was indeed on top of watching out for any unforeseen events, which, fortunately, did not arise. Will certainly use this company again when I travel.

Easy to check and compare different plans. Fortunately, we did not need any of the coverage provided, but in these crazy times that we live in, it was good to have the insurance if it were needed.

"NEVER" travel without travel insurance ... especially overseas!! Generali (formerly CSA) has been my travel insurance company of choice for many years. In 2007 while traveling in Italy one member of our party had a heart attack and naturally our vacation was cut short. Generali (CSA at the time) made filing a claim very easy and was quick to respond with payment for our lost travel expenses. In the end it all turned out okay but there is no doubt that having a good travel insurance plan with you will make any unexpected events a lot less stressful. From that trip forward Generali is the only company I will use. Luckily, I have not needed to file another claim since then but just knowing that we are insured against the "unexpected" makes the small expense of travel insurance well worth every penny that it costs. Don't think it can't happen to you ... You never know! Highly recommended!

I felt confident that I would have the coverage I needed in the event of a problem. I thought it was reasonably priced. The customer service representative that helped me make a change in my travel dates and was efficient and pleasant. I will use this company again.

Great value. Was specifically looking for in case had to sit lifted from my cruise. Thankfully never had to use any of it. I will use them again in the future
