Thankfully, I never had to file a claim, but it was reassuring to know that I was covered in case something did go wrong. I arrived safely in Italy, my luggage however, decided to stay in Munich. I was staying with friends who were surprised by my lack of concern over my lost luggage. I explained that I had travel insurance and in the worst case scenario, I would have to buy new clothes. My luggage arrived three days later by courier. Italy was the trip of a lifetime! I will buy this insurance for my next trip as well!

In all the times I’ve traveled and bought insurance this is the first time I’ve had to use it and was pleased with your customer service. As it turns out I’m taking another big trip in October with a friend and we will be buying insurance with you

Purchasing the plan was simple enough and price was comparable. I did not need to file a claim, therefore, it’s not possible to rate the plan. In my view, how the well the plan rates is in the claims process
