We lost expensive train tickets. I called the company and was told how to file a claim and the agent told me we were covered up to $150/ per ticket. We had to repurchase the tickets for our return trip on the train.
We filed all the appropriate paperwork but the claim was denied as lost tickets aren't covered. I wish we had been told this when I called. Very disappointing to find this out after going through the process of completing paperwork.

I was happy that the claim was paid in full, but it took a while. All my bills, save one, were in Canadian dollars and these were converted to American dollars, as proper. But one bill was in American dollars, but was also converted as if it were in Canadian dollars. It took a while to straighten this out, but eventually it was.

This company is very nice to help with finding a good policy fit. I travel alot and have recently purchased several policies with them, some caried in scope of needs.

Thank you for your review. The policy premiums are typically based on the age of the travelers, the length of the trip and the cost of the trip. Not all plans offer a pre-existing condition waiver and most policies that do offer this do not charge extra to have the waiver, but they do have certain requirements you must meet.
