I really appreciate the peace of mind this plan brought. Our entire family used the service for 12 travelers and had no issues. I tried to ask a question while on travel, but the response was not readable by my mobile device. It didn't really matter a day later and we didn't have any claims. Did we really need your insurance? We were advised to get it, so we did. We spoke to other people on our cruise + they did not get insurance. They had enough in savings + credit cards to cover any expense. I suppose if anything had happened to us, we would be glad we had it.

We have purchased plans with IMG many times with only one claim. However, that claim was high dollar when Vantage Deluxe World Travel went bankrupt. IMG settled that claim for the entire insured amount as soon as the case wound its way through the court system.
We just completed an insured safari trip to Africa with no incidents. Hopefully we can stay in that category for some time to come.
