While I'm no expert on travel insurance policies, I have worked in the insurance biz and found this policy's language more straightforward than other policies I looked at. Since my trip didn't involve a rental car, I was looking for a policy that didn't include expensive rental car protection and this one fit the bill.

I always look at your site and usually purchase through you -- sometimes I go through the travel agent due to specials. Your site is excellent for comparing benefits and is very competitive price wise and you have refunded payments in circumstances where the cruise has been cancelled or significantly modified by the cruise line.
