Fortunately, I did not have the need to file a claim during my travels. However, the process of purchasing the policy was easy, and I was able to obtain the coverage I needed for my trip. The price was reasonable and the agent that helped me was responsive to my questions. I would consider using the John Hancock policy again in the future.

Thank goodness I never had any issues that would require me to initiate the use of my policy during my three week vacation in Europe. But knowing it was there, ready to go should a situation require it, gave me and my spouse great peace of mind and confidence to enjoy our trip without worrying. Nationwide Mutual Insurance Essential
Being older, we prefer to be cautious and have been purchasing trip insurance for our major trips. It gave us peace of mind being able to purchase insurance based on our airfare and lodging expenses. Nationwide provided a good value and reassurance.
