The Preferred plan is a comprehensive travel insurance plan offered by Arch RoamRight and has several options not offered on the Arch RoamRight Essential plan, allowing for a more customizable product. In addition to trip cancellation and delay, the Preferred plan offers coverage for one child per paid adult, accidental death and dismemberment coverage, trip interruption, medical and evacuation coverage, and 24/7 assistance.

Question: Did the plan provide good coverage for the important items and events you wanted covered?
Answer: Timatic told me I needed insurance to travel to my destination. This is the only reason I purchased coverage.
Question: Was the plan cost reasonable for the coverage provided?
Answer: It was one of the cheapest and offered the most broad coverage.
I did not file a claim and cannot rate my satisfaction adequately, but choose completely satisfied based on the service offered after purchase. I would recommend RoamRight based on this and the answer to the 2nd question above.
